How information submitted through this website is collected, used and stored.
What is collected
Contact forms and booking requests collect your name, email address, company name and whatever you choose to write in the message field. Analytics, where enabled, collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region. No tracking cookies are set without consent.
How it is used
Submitted information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to deliver the agreed work. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are held in a CRM hosted in the EU or US depending on the provider, with access restricted to Noman Akash. Client system credentials shared during an engagement are held in an encrypted vault and revoked at the end of the engagement.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to a paid engagement are retained for the period required by applicable tax and contract law.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@nomanakash.com. Requests are actioned within thirty days.
Third-party services
This site may use a scheduling tool for bookings, an analytics provider for usage measurement and a CRM for enquiry handling. Each processes data under its own privacy terms, which are linked from the relevant tool.
Confidentiality
Any detail about your systems, processes or commercial arrangements discussed during an engagement is treated as confidential, with or without a signed NDA in place.
